In the morning around 8:00 AM, our professional driver will meet you at your hotel or riad in Casablanca or Rabat. After a warm welcome, we start driving on the highway toward the imperial city of Meknes, founded in the 17th century by Moulay Ismail.
In Meknes, we explore the most important historical attractions including the impressive Bab Mansour, Lahdim Square, the Royal Palace area, the granaries, the Souani water reservoir, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. The city gives you a real feeling of Moroccan history and architecture.
After lunch, we continue driving through the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains. We stop in the cedar forests where you may see wild monkeys and enjoy fresh mountain air. Passing small Berber villages and scenic landscapes, we arrive in Midelt for overnight in a comfortable hotel.
After breakfast, we continue our adventure south through the High Atlas Mountains. The road offers amazing panoramic views over valleys and mountains.
We reach the beautiful Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves and oasis landscapes. Here we stop for lunch and enjoy a short walk in the green fields. You may also visit a local family for mint tea and discover simple Moroccan life.
Later, we arrive in Erfoud, known as the capital of fossils and dates. We visit a fossil workshop to see how ancient stones are transformed into beautiful tables and decorations.
In the afternoon, we head to Merzouga, where the Sahara Desert begins. Before sunset, you will ride camels across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Watching the sunset over the dunes is one of the highlights of this tour.
At night, enjoy a traditional Berber dinner in the desert camp, music around the fire, and a sky full of stars. Overnight in a private desert camp.
Early morning, wake up to watch the magical sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast and shower, ride camels back to meet your driver.
We travel west through dramatic landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains. We stop at the spectacular Todra Gorges, one of the most famous canyons in Morocco. Here you can walk between high rock walls and take beautiful photos.
Continuing along mountain roads and passing nomadic villages, we reach the traditional Berber village of Imilchil. This village is famous for its marriage festival held every summer near the mountain lakes. Overnight in a small family guesthouse where you experience real local hospitality.
After breakfast, enjoy a short walk in the village and the surrounding fields. We then drive through the High Atlas Mountains, passing beautiful lakes and peaceful valleys.
The road offers impressive mountain scenery before descending toward the plains. We pass by Kasbah Tadla, an agricultural town, and then continue on the highway back to Casablanca.
Drop-off at your accommodation in the late afternoon. End of services.
