On the first of our 7 days in morocco, you will meet your driver, and transfer to your hotel/riad.
After having a nice breakfast, we will be on the road in the direction of High Atlas, crossing nice scenery, valleys and small villages, olive groves, and dry landscape, by midday we arrive at Ouzoud Valley, do the check, and start a nice guided hike through the valley to get to the spectacular waterfalls, there you enjoy a cup of tea in one of the terraces by The river. Like every day, we start the day driving after breakfast; 60 km Demnate, a small city places in the age of the high mountains of the Atlas; we stop to visit an Archeologic site, one of the rocks still preserving dinosaur's footprint, after a drive through colorful rocky mountains overviews and by lunchtime you arrive to the old village Ifoulou, with an authentic Kasbah, there we are invited to go n a hike of the day around the valley and visit the old Kasbah, then have lunch in a local house before we start moving to the other valleys, the day is over when we get to our accommodation in dades valley. 🛏️ Overnight in Dades Valley | 🍽️ Dinner & breakfast included
A day of Mountains and desert; in the morning, we start in the direction of tundra gorges, where we go on a short hike through the canyons of more than 310 meters altitude, in which the river is born in clean crystal springs, keep on the road to Ghriss valley of palm trees, in which we may stop for lunch, than drive again to the desert of dunes, at the arrival we change a car to Camels to go farther in the adventure watch the sunset and arrive to the camp, overnight night in the desert in camp with a typical dinner around the fireplace, local music, and start guessing. Today, it is highly recommended again to wake up early to attend the sunrise and take energy for a new day above the dunes of the Sahara desert, return to the camp, take a shower, and have a quiet breakfast, with two options we can say goodbye to the desert; or with dromedaries, or with a 4x4 car, we stop to enjoy a cooking class with Chef Hassan in a local restaurant. Have lunch with local food and start the discovery of the valleys and rocky desert aspects, Draa Valley and Ait Saoun canyons. 🛏️ Overnight in Ouarzazate | 🍽️ Dinner & breakfast included
After breakfast, we will begin our journey to Marrakech. We will stop to visit Ait Ben Haddou, a World Heritage Site setting for famous films such as Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, and Alexander the Great; a painting class exists. The first part features special local paintings using natural products, and the second part is acrylic, showing personal artistry and excellent skills. We continue traveling the High Atlas for the rest of the day, with amazing views of Berber villages separately along the valley edges.
