MOORISH TOUR NOTICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are excited to serve as your tour and travel agent, catering to all your travel needs. This Agreement outlines the expectations and obligations of both parties involved. When you purchase tours and travel-related services through our website, “moorishtour.com,” you can expect exceptional service from MOORISH TOUR. We refer to ourselves as “we” “us” “our” or “MT” while “you” refers to our valued customers who visit our website, book reservations, or utilize our services.

Our Responsibility:

MOORISH TOUR acts as a “Tour Booking Agent” and intermediary for various products and services that are not directly provided by us. This includes transportation, accommodations, meals, and more. While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, we cannot be held responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts of these third-party suppliers. It is important to understand that any accidents, injuries, property damage, or personal losses should be addressed directly with the respective suppliers.

MT and its representatives shall not be liable for any liabilities arising from acts of God, force majeure, war, civil unrest, strikes, criminal activities, transportation failures, sanitation issues, lack of medical care, or any other causes beyond our control. Additionally, we are not responsible for the theft or loss of your valuables due to your own negligence.

To Secure your Booking:

In order to confirm your booking through MT website, a deposit is necessary. This deposit can be paid either by wire transfer or credit card payment.

Acceptance of the Agreement:

By confirming your tour and submitting the required deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive contract between you, the Customer/Traveler, and MT.

Amendments by the Client:

For any changes or amendments to your booking, please direct your request to the MOORISH TOUR Customer Care Team. They will assist you in handling your request and making the necessary arrangements.

  • MT does not impose any fees for amending or changing the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is submitted to MT Customer Care at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled travel date.
  • If you wish to change the dates of your confirmed travel within fourteen (14) to seven (7) days of the original travel date, MT will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability and the acceptance of third-party suppliers. Please note that changes made within seven (7) days of the original travel date may be subject to an additional fee.
  • Please be aware that all other date-change requests and amendments are subject to the availability of our suppliers and/or service providers. While MT will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee the success of any change request due to factors beyond our control. We will work closely with our partners to find the best possible solution for you.

Payment Policy:

To make a booking for any tour or travel package, we kindly ask that you inform your designated travel consultant as soon as possible. In order to secure your reservation, MT requires a fixed deposit amount, which varies for each tour. The minimum deposit amount is set at 25% of the total tour cost.

Cancellation:

Cancellation fees may be applicable if you decide to cancel a confirmed booking with MT. The specific details regarding the cancellation fees will be communicated to you via email or phone upon cancellation of your booking.

In the event that you cancel your booking more than 31 days before your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee of 5% of the deposit paid will be charged to cover transaction and bank fees.

Subsequent to this date, the following cancellation fees will be imposed:

  • If you cancel your booking between 30 and 21 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 25% will be applicable.
  • For cancellations made between 20 and 15 days in advance of your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
  • For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days in advance of your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 75% will be charged.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the entire due amount.
  • No refunds will be provided in the case of a no-show or after the tour has started.

Cancellation of flight, boat, and train tickets is governed by the respective policies and terms of the airlines, train companies, and ferry companies. The specific cancellation fees applicable will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds for all confirmed bookings that are canceled at least 31 days before the arrival date. However, please note that a 5% fee of the deposit paid will be charged to cover transaction and bank fees. We strive to provide a hassle-free refund process, and all refund requests can be submitted by contacting our customer support team.

Accommodation:
By default, our packages with accommodation are based on two persons sharing a double room. However, if you prefer a single occupancy room, a single supplement will be applied to cover the additional cost. Please note that the hotels listed in the itineraries serve as an indication of the quality of accommodation, and rooms may be reserved at a similar hotel category depending on availability. Rest assured, we strive to provide comfortable and suitable accommodations for all our guests.
 
Special Requests:

Please ensure to communicate any special inquiries or preferences to the assigned Travel Consultant at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate and fulfill such requests to the best of our abilities. However, please note that MT cannot guarantee the satisfaction of any special requests that are not explicitly included in the contract. We will not be held responsible if such requests cannot be fulfilled. Rest assured, we will strive to provide you with an exceptional travel experience based on the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Tipping:
Tipping is considered a voluntary gesture from the customer and serves as a way to recognize and appreciate good service. It is important to note that service providers often rely on tips as part of their income and greatly appreciate any gratuities received, particularly when the service provided is prompt and exceptional. While tipping is not mandatory, it is a thoughtful way to show your gratitude for the service received.
