Tour Plan : 4 DAYS DESERT TOUR FROM CASABLANCA TO MARRAKECH
Day 1 : Casablanca to Fes
The 4 days desert tour from Casablanca begins with a brief exploration of Morocco's commercial capital. We'll admire the exterior of the iconic Hassan II Great Mosque, followed by a stroll along the Corniche. Depending on your arrival time, additional attractions may be included.
Next, we'll journey to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you can marvel at the Hassan Tower and the exquisite Mohammed V Mausoleum.
In the late afternoon, we'll proceed to Fes, passing through Meknes and possibly stopping to admire Bab Mansour, a magnificent architectural gem from the era of Moulay Ismail. Finally, we'll arrive in Fes and check into your hotel or riad.
Day 2 : Fes to Merzouga desert
After breakfast, we will collect you from your hotel/riad and transfer you to Ifrane, a charming Moroccan town with Swiss influences. Our next stop is Azrou, where we will visit the largest cedar forest in the Middle Atlas Mountains, known for its Barbary Monkeys.
Following lunch, we will continue our journey to Merzouga, passing through Midelt and making a stop at the captivating Ziz Valley. As the day draws to a close, we will arrive at the Merzouga Sahara desert and embark on a camel adventure to the Erg Chebbi desert camp.
You will spend the night in comfortable desert tents and enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by the Berbers. Underneath the starlit sky, they will also treat you to enchanting Berber music performances.
Day 3 : Merzouga desert to Boumalne Dades
Included in our 4 days desert trip, we suggest starting your day early to witness a breathtaking sunrise, followed by a camp breakfast and refreshing shower. Our journey towards Marrakech will take us through the remarkable Tinghir and Todra Canyons, which are the tallest and narrowest gorges in Morocco.
Later on, we will proceed to Dades Valley, passing through the captivating Dades Gorges adorned with splendid castles and impressive rock formations. For the night, we will accommodate you in a cozy local hotel in the valley.
Day 4 : Boumalne Dades to Marrakech
Following breakfast, our journey takes us towards Ouarzazate via the captivating Dades Valley. Along the Way of the Thousand Kasbahs in the Dades Valley, you'll have the opportunity to capture stunning photographs.
Before reaching Ouarzazate, we will make stops at the Taourirt Kasbah and the Atlas Film Studios in Kelaat Mgouna, also known as the "Pink City" or "City of Roses." Lastly, we will continue our route to Marrakech, passing through the remarkable Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah.
